"Hello" Is Such A Lovely Word

Nothing gives me such a thrill as the beginning of a new adventure! 

There is something so deliciously fresh..... romantic.... thrilling.... delightful.... about the first written words on page, or in this case, a blog.

I am so excited to finally be starting this blog!!!! 

I look forward to sharing my journey through life with you here.

I can't promise I will post often. Some months you may be fortunate to see one new post at all!

There may be rather large gaps in the journey, but I adore having places to share my thoughts & pour out my heart.... a place where my friends & those I care about can share a part of my life.... and a place where newcomers are intrigued by my life & hopefully encouraged...

I will be sharing in a very random way, for I am a very random girl. 

The posts may be about fashion {I am obsessed with fashion!}.... they may be about my everyday life {for I feel I feel it's important that we share the unromantic side of life as well}... they may be a rant that seems to be about nothing, but is obviously a pet peeve of mine... they may be about a spiritual encounter, which I seem to come across in the most oddest of ways... or they may be about anything in between.

I am one of a kind. You will never find a duplicate ever again. 

I have no trouble being the goof, the dork, the freak, the weirdo, the randomest person on earth, the different one, the odd goose, the ugly ducking.... I have been so my whole life & have no plans of changing that anytime soon!

Everything I do, I seem to do it differently from everyone else, no matter whether it be what I wear & how I wear it, what I say & how I say it, what I come across & how I see it, what I think & why I think it.... 

I am an individual who is learning how to harness her emotions & turn them over to a Heavenly Father who then uses them to create something beautiful.

I am learning how to truly not care what anyone thinks of me or what I do, but rather to follow the Lord in the way I feel He is leading me & to not get distracted by the harsh judgements this world likes to hand out.

I have many flaws. I am a complete failure. More often than not, I am broken in many pieces.

But that is the only type of Christian our Savior can use~ one who realizes that without Him, she is nothing.... but He is always everything.
