Cedar Waxwing Babies {Growing Up}

These snaps were taken a few days ago.

As you can see their feathers are coming in nicely & that little nest is overflowing.

I honestly don't know how much longer they were able to stay in there.

I haven't checked on them recently, but I am guessing someone fell out of the nest sooner or later because 5 babies in a nest only about 5 (across the circle) is certainly too tiny.

However, it was good to know they survived thus far & I hope they grow up to be lovely adults.

I am also pleased I was able to photograph 3 stages of their little lives! ♥
