Last weekend Mom & I went to a sheepdog herding demonstration out at the Beaver Creek Conservation Area.
The farmer doing it was really quite good & gave an excellent talk that thoroughly explained how it all works, why its such an excellent thing, the reasons sheep are used on the prairies, etc.
Very educational.
It was neat to watch!
Definitely a very unique way of helping our prairies stay healthy!
I think I would enjoy having my own flock of sheep & dogs to work them....
