A Beautiful November Weekend

Good Morning, friends! I am on a blogging role lately, and setting up a lot of scheduled posts for y'all. I find that when the bug bites for a certain hobby, I need to just go for it, as I will get a lot done. Let's dive into some November moments I had to capture...

I worked really hard on snailmail during this month, as I was incredibly behind, and was ready to get back in touch with my dear penpals. This wasn't even all the mail I sent out! There were definitely a few more random pieces and packages sent out.

I find November can be a challenging month to find beauty, as here on the prairies, everything can be very brown and dreary. However, this year, I definitely hit my Twilight Era, and reveled in the foggy greyness. We had some gorgeous days, and I accepted them with open arms.

As always, I tried to pay attention to the wee details when I had some down time, to try to keep focused and moving forward.

There were still some vibrant colours to be found, like these beautiful green trees.

I went on a few little jaunts to the bookstore, and spent more than I should have, but it does feed my soul, and I am proud for how my restraint I did show! hehe

This particular day, the wind was bitter-cold, but oh wow, the views! So worth me freezing my little paws off walking down to capture these photos.

That red and yellow? Those are berries! I am actually not entirely sure what type; perhaps one of you can tell me? I just found the splashes of colour on the slopes entrancing.

Check out that rich shade of burgundy...the tiny rolled edges... the pattern they contain...

One of my favorite photos. Imperfect blurring happened, but I love it. Imperfection is beautiful.

I have spent a tad too much time on FB Marketplace (not so much these days), but I am really glad I did, because I scored this amazing stack of books by Lucy Maud Montgomery for just $20! They are in gorgeous shape, and I am in love with the pastels.

Yes, I do already have copies of all of these, but I have multiple copies of many books by Maud, as I tend to just collect them. Sometimes I gift them to people, some have turned into crafty projects, and some are just for me to enjoy looking at.

To end on a goofy note, I saw this sticker at the bookstore and it made me LOL, so I took a photo.

I hope you have enjoyed seeing glimpses of my November. Share your happiest moments of it in the comments below! Even if that is just a leaf you saw or a cute bird!
