La Kitchenette Souris: Breadsticks [ My Own Version ]

No particular recipe for these, because eh, sometimes I like to fly by the seat of my polka dotted swing skirt and just "wing it" .... which is basically what I am doing with my entire life...

It's really hit n miss with what is actually a success.

But normally, in the kitchen, it's a hit!

The first batch of these breadsticks.... slightly not so good... second batch, simple and delicious!

So I used a bought, pre-made frozen bread dough in loaf sizes.
They usually come in bags of 4-6.

Cut them into 8 pieces, roll into strips, dip in beaten egg, and then sprinkle with romano cheese and freshly ground pepper.

Cook at 400F for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and slightly crispy.

Wonderful served warm and dipped in tomato pasta sauce, or with a little butter.
