I figured I would make these cupcakes a few days earlier, when I actually had time to do so!
It is really difficult to get a brilliant red color icing without using fancy dyes & a whole lot of it at that, which I just don't feel good about doing.
So I settled for this pinkish shade & all in all, I rather liked how they turned out.
Cute enough, eh?
